Some camera systems will come back online after rebooting the recorder. Other models will need to be reprogrammed. If we are not able to help over the phone, we will schedule a service call.
One of my doors is showing open on the keypad when the door is closed. What should I do?
There are two pieces to a door sensor, and they need to be lined up with each other. I will walk customers through getting their sensors corrected over the phone. If that isn't successful, we will schedule a service call.
