Service Plan

You can avoid unforeseen costs with your security system by signing up for one of our three service plans. These plans cover some or all the costs accrued during a service call, as well as one free system check per year, which helps to ensure that your system is always in excellent working order. The service plans range in price from $7.95 to $15.95 per month making them good for your system and your budget. Service plans are not available in all areas.

Question: How do I get my system to stop beeping?

Answer: There are several reasons that s system is beeping so, I would have them check their keypad to see what it’s displaying. It could be a low battery, communication failure, or trouble with a sensor. To make it stop temporarily, disarm one time using the customers arm/disarm code.
