Phishing is a method scammers use to try and gather personal information using deceptive e-mails and websites. Cyber criminals are going all out to exploit vulnerabilities caused by the shift to the remote work culture. At WH Security, we help you protect what matters most, which is why we are sharing ways to help you spot and avoid email scams in your personal or business emails.

Question:

What does the customer need to know or have ready when they are having cameras installed?

Answer:

When having cameras installed at your home or business, the biggest thing to do before your installation appointment is to make sure you have the ability to download our interactive app on your electronic devices. Know your iTunes or Google Play Store password. For many models of security camera, you will also need to know your WiFi password.

If you have this information readily accessible, your WH Security technician can quickly complete the camera setup and show you how to access the camera footage on your electronic device. Give us a call at 763.477.3664 to lean more!
